Aum Wangmo earns herself the title as a “master Weaver” with over five decades of weaving. Weaving is her first love, passion,many times her refuge and her solace.She finds her freedom in the loom. Having never gone to school does not disable her to tell her stories and inspiration  through her weaves. “It is in my loom where I find myself,” Aum Wangmo says. Aum, Wangmo educated her three children. A teacher, hotel manager and an engineer.
