Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times:

     3. Estimated shipping time ranges from 5 to 14 days, depending on product availability and the destination country.

     4.  If a product is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you of the new shipment date, and you can choose to keep or cancel the order.

 Refunds and Returns

    Returns:

  1.   Return items within 15 days for a full refund on the merchandise
  2.   Items must be unused and in original pack
  3.   Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping Damage
  4.   Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours
  5.   Provide pictures and a copy of your invoice to assist with replacements or returns.

  Product Variation:

  1.  Variations in color, weave, size, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
